WE TEST TO STANDARDS

The Towbarfactory's new Testing Bed is the first of its type in New Zealand. The test bed will allow us to test to NZS 5467,SAE J684 and AS 4177.1 towbar loads both on car as well as static testing.

The test bed allows us to secure a vehicle to the test bed where the vehicle can be checked for body stresses during the test.

All our tests are veiwed and signed off by an external  Certifing Engineer who has over seas experience in body stresses, and is a member of the LTSA Road Transport Certifying Engineers Group.
